Fish in a dish
Creamy African Sauce gives an authentic fruity African flavour to poultry, fish, pasta, rice or potatoes.

Ingredients:

(4 - 6 servings)

750 g firm white fish (bass or halibut)
125 ml Creamy African Sauce (Rainbow Cuisine)
15 ml Date & Ginger Chutney (Rainbow Cuisine)
Salt and pepper
1 medium-sized onion
2 cloves garlic
150g Peppadew™ Piquanté Peppers
Vegetable Oil

Method:

1.Grease the ovenware with oil.
2.Mix the Creamy African Sauce and Date & Ginger chutney together. Place the fish in the ovenware and brush with mixture.
3.Season with salt and pepper.
4.Roughly chop the onion, garlic and Peppadew™ Piquanté Peppers. Place on top of the fish.
5.Sprinkle with oil.
6.Place in preheated oven at 200°C and cook for approx. 15 min.

Serving:
Garnish with Peppadew™ Piquanté Peppers cut into halves.
