Bobotie Sauce
Bobotie is South Africa’s favourite national dish – spiced minced meat with an egg topping. Bobotie Sauce is an easy way to give authentic flavour to this traditional Cape Malay dish. Ingredients: Water, onion, dried fruit (sultanas, peaches, apricots - fruit contains anti-oxidant sulphur dioxide), sugar, spices, vinegar, vegetable oil, modified cornstarch, salt, garlic, citric acid, herbs, caramel (E150c).
